From decision chaos to one clear next move - in 5-10 minutes.
For adults with ADHD who struggle to make decisions.
An ADHD-aware custom GPT that takes you through a step-by-step process to help you slow down, sort through your mental noise, and make clean decisions using your Human Design Strategy and Authority.
π Choose your Human Design Type below:

You make decisions too fast, too impulsively, or you get stuck on a decision for days. Either way, you still don't have a reliable way to make decisions that feel clean.
You keep asking other people what you should do. Not because you don't have inner wisdom, but because you don't always trust it.
You mistake feelings of overwhelm for a "no" and excitement for a "yes." You need an easy way to tell the difference.
You know your Human Design Strategy and Authority, but can't always access it.
Is this real clarity around a decision or is it coming from a sense of urgency or dopamine-chasing? You genuinely can't tell.
Here's What the ADHD Decision Bot Does,
Step-By-Step:

π ONE
Name the ACTUAL decision
ADHD brains often turn one decision into seventeen connected tabs. The bot helps you separate what you're actually deciding from everything else attached to it.
π TWO
Check your nervous system first
Before anything else, the bot helps you notice whether you're in a regulated, activated, or shutdown state, because that changes everything about your ability to make a clean decision.
π THREE
The bot checks for the patterns that hijack ADHD decisions β urgency, dopamine, novelty, rejection sensitivity, people-pleasing, analysis paralysis, shame. Not to shame you. So you can stop confusing noise with truth.
π FOUR
Use your Human Design Strategy and Authority
Each version is built for a specific Human Design Type and their Authorities. The bot walks you through prompts designed for how your Strategy & Authority make clean decisions. It doesn't tell you what to do. It helps you hear it yourself.
π FIVE
Walk away with one clear next step
The bot reflects back your current state, what ADHD patterns may be present, what your Authority may be showing, and the cleanest next step, so you leave with something you can actually do.
Why I Created This
I created this because I needed it myself.
Hi, I'm Nicole. I'm a psychologist, former special education teacher, and Human Design reader. I've spent more than 20 years supporting neurodivergent people and was diagnosed with ADHD at 28.
What I kept seeing was the same thing: ADHD makes decision-making genuinely harder. Not because something is wrong with you, but because responding to things like urgency, dopamine-chasing, and overwhelm all can get in the way of being able to hear yourself clearly.

The ADHD Decision Bot is the structured process I built to change that.
You will need to know your Human Design Type and Authority. You can look both up for free at: hdpsychologist.com/free-human-design-chart.
No. It's built for typical ADHD decision struggles related to urgency, impulsivity, overthinking, dopamine chasing, analysis paralysis, rejection sensitivity, and shutdown. It does not diagnose ADHD or replace professional support.
No. The bot will help you slow down, notice what's happening in your nervous system, separate ADHD noise from clearer signals, and reflect your own clarity back to you.
ChatGPT can give you an answer. The ADHD Decision Bot helps you hear your own.
Immediately. After purchase you'll receive a link to the custom GPT. Most people get to a clearer next step in about 5-10 minutes.
Because it should be accessible. This is a practical, usable tool built to help you in the moment, not a course or a coaching program.
Yes. Return to the bot whenever you're stuck on a decision and want a grounded process to move through it.
Yes. There is a separate ADHD Decision Bot for each of the 5 Human Design Types. The Manifesting Generator and Generator versions are available now; Projector, Manifestor, and Reflector are coming soon.
Your ADHD brain deserves a decision-making process
that actually works with it.
