This experience is best suited for those who already know their Type and basic chart structure.

How is the content delivered?

  • Optional practices to deepen embodiment

What the heck is deconditioning?

In Human Design, conditioning is what happens when you absorb other people’s energy, expectations, and ways of being — and start living from them instead of from your natural design. Over time, this conditioning can make you second-guess yourself, push when you’re meant to pause, or feel pressure to prove your worth.

Deconditioning is the process of gently releasing all of that — not by force or effort, but through awareness. It’s how you begin to notice what’s truly yours and what isn’t.

When you decondition, you stop trying to “be” your design and start living it — naturally, effortlessly, and in rhythm with your own truth.
